Hip Hop fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of the Wu-Tang and D-Block collaborative album titled "Wu-Block". Johnyelsi Cardenas, mother of Andrea Herrera a.k.a. "Kat Stacks," the infamous hip-hop model, sent out a heart wrenching letter surrounding the details of her daughter getting deported after being in a Louisiana jail for two years now. Cardenas says that "Andrea is a victim of underage sex Trafficking & Domestic Violence," and detailed her life story of being solicited by a pimp at the young age of 14 and then falling into a hard life of drugs and abuse for several years. Throughout the letter, Cardenas expressed her concern for Kat's well-being if she gets deported back to Venezuela, saying that the conditions are so bad that she wouldn't imagine letting her daughter live there. "Venezuela killing 20 to 30 people a day, kidnap 100 to 200 people a day, products such as pricipales milk, chicken, sugar. toilet paper, diapers etc. supermarkets spend 1 or 2 weeks without them. The electricity is removed by 4 or 8 hours daily." Cardenas said that the judge waited until July 2nd to reach a decision in Kat's case, where he admitted that "Andrea is a Victim of Underage Sex Trafficking & Domestic Violence. He agreed with what the social worker Melinda Flynn explained . But *Kat Stacks* that was not good for American society." The magic that Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin brought to the Garden last year looks to be over. Lin is headed to the Houston Rockets, who landed Lin by essentially making it impossible for the Knicks to match their offer without going well over the salary cap. Slaughterhouse member Crooked I was once signed to Death Row Records and was considered one of the label's best new artists. In an interview he did recently, Crooked I discussed his days spent with them and says that he's still owed $1 million, because they're still using some of his older music even though he's no longer affiliated with them. "I know that the people that bought Death Row Records put out some s**t called Hoodstar, and they used a few [of my] songs off of that album. I've seen a few songs pop up on pirate websites. I was watching [Eddie Griffin's] 'Dysfunktional Family' the other day, and I had nine songs on that soundtrack". He then contends that the label wanted him to support the older tracks, and he responded by saying he needed $1 million before he agreed to anything. "[Death Row] called me and they wanted me to support it. I told them, 'If you want me to do some s**t, cut me a check for $1 million, and I'll come over there for some solo s**t.' I told them if they weren't going to do anything like that, then I wasn't going to support anything. It's reminding people of a past that no longer exists. There is no real Death Row Records anymore. Once Suge was removed from the picture, there was no Death Row. You can't be Death Row without Suge. My terms were to have me do a brand new album for a $1 million. They gave me the run around, and I told them I was cool." He continues on to say that the label has problems marketing old, unheard music to fans and that is detrimental to selling records. "They are trying to put out old s**t, and they don't know how to market it. They just think that the catalog is going to sit around and sell itself – and it will – but not the part of the catalog that people haven't heard. You have to market that. You can sell 'All Eyes On Me' forever and a day. What about the unheard music, though? That has to be marketed to the people. They don't know how to do that in my opinion. Michael Jackson's siblings Janet, Rebbie, Tito, Randy, and Jermaine Jackson have written an emotionally driven five page letter claiming that Michael Jackson's executors of his estate, John Branca and John McClain, forged his will signature. They intend to have both men resign from their respected positions immediately and hope that the authorities will look into the matter thoroughly. The letter was obtained by Celebuzz.com and reads: ''At the time we couldn't possibly fathom what is so obvious to us now: that the Will, without question, it's Fake, Flawed and Fraudulent. Since the passing of Michael, our beloved brother, you have failed to perform your duties as executors of his estate, but what you have not failed at is taking advantage of a grieving mother, father and a grieving family. ''The Will that you presented did not have our brother's signature on it, nor did it have a signature page attached to it. When asked about the missing signature page, John Branca replied, 'it was on its way, and you were having just a little problem finding it.' Amongst many other inconsistencies in the Will, there is also a conflict around Michael's location on the day he supposedly signed the Will, July 7, 2002. We have evidence that undoubtedly supports and proves that Michael was absolutely not in Los Angeles, California, on the date of his signature reflected in the Will at-hand. 'Our brother told us, in no uncertain terms and without hesitation in the months prior to his death, that he despised both of you and that he did not want either of you to have anything to do with his life or estate for that matter." The Jaskson siblings were left out of the will and Branca and McClain feel as though they are just upset that Michael didn't include them in his will and have responded to their letter addressing these matters. Frank Ocean's decision to release his album Channel Orange, a week earlier on July 10th instead of July 17th and only have it digitally available for the first week, has brought him to rise to the No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200 list. His album has sold 128,000 copies digitally in the first week alone. Those numbers would most definitely have been even greater if the album was available as a hard copy CD.
