Earlier in the year, it was reported that legendary rapper Lord Finesse filed a lawsuit against Mac Miller for rapping over his "Hip 2 Da Game" instrumental without clearance. Now another artist who goes by the name of "Warm Speakers" has taken legal action against the Pittsburgh emcee for a similar reason and filed a lawsuit against Mac as well as DatPiff and Rostrum Records.
"Warm Speakers" claims that Mac Miller took his song "The World Around You" "without his permission or knowledge" and edited it into a track called "Fawk 'Em All" which is featured on Miller's "Macadelic" mixtape.
In June, Mac Miller actually posted a tweet shouting out Warm Speakers for the track. "Shout out @warmspeakers for the song we sampled on Fawk Em All".
