Jessenia V – DynastySeries Spotlight


How did you first get started in modeling?
Modeling was a passion of mine since I can remember. I was represented by an agency at the age of 15 and parted my ways a year later when I walked a show and didn’t get compensated for it. I was out of the industry for awhile, up until last year when I decided to give it another shot. HERE I AM!!!
What are your biggest assets as a model?
My commitment and Confidence: I make sure to show up on time (time is money), I commit fully to the shoot and what concept the photographer is looking to create. Confidence is what you need to get amazing pictures, without it you will create nothing.

What are some of the projects you’ve had a chance to be a part of?
I was a part of an Internet Based Reality Show called Becoming a Teen Model. 12 Girls were chosen to be a part of the show to compete to become The Next Teen Model. Every week we did a photo shoot and the following week the pics were up for voting. The model with the least votes of that week was booted off the show. It was the same idea of Americas Next Top Model. It was an amazing experience.
With all the shoots you’ve done, which ones have been your most memorable?
A shoot I did with Photographer Stanley Desarmes. It was an all day shoot with me and another model. It was hectic… make up, hair, and wardrobe then shoot. Make up, hair, and wardrobe then shoot. Make up, hair, and wardrobe then shoot. It was a long day of shooting but the outcome of the photos and completely different looks we created in one day was incredible.
What part of your body are you most complimented on?



My Face. I cant tell you how many times in a day I hear how gorgeous or beautiful I am.
